"I thought critter stop did a fantastic job. I had previously hired another company for some sealing work and they did not even go on the roof so a year later I was faced with the same problem. The team came out 4 times to set up traps/ check traps and check seals after the initial sealing work. Each person I encountered was professional and answered any questions I had. "I had a roof replaced and the roofers left an opening near a corner that wasn't covered by flashing or anything else. a few months later I heard scurrying around in the attic and I wasn't sure if it was rats, squirrels, or what - turned out to be squirrels. Critter Stop came out and located the source of where they were gaining access. They covered one and installed a one way exit only gate on the other. They also set traps and a motion triggered camera. After a couple weeks and there were no more animal activity, they came back, removed the traps and did a sanitation of the area where there was evidence of nesting. They came out about 48 hours after I called and Chisam did an inspection and gave us a quote on the spot and spelled out exactly what would be done. "Critter stop has exceeded my expectations at every interaction. I had some critters in my attic this past fall/winter. We could hear them and it really stressed my daughter out to the point where she didn’t want to go to sleep at night. In desperation, I called one of the big name pest control services. The guy made a huge ordeal about how bad the infestation was, quoted me $17,000 and tried to convince me to finance it. After he left, I found Critter Stop. The inspector was never pushy, he gave me an honest assessment of what we were dealing with (which was not nearly as bad as the other guy had said), left me with an estimate of only $5000, told me of affordable alternatives and left. Chisam evaluated and confirmed that the work that was previously done by another wildlife removal company was holding up and did not try to upsell me with a full replacement like many others. He also noticed that there was a new entry point so he put us on the schedule to address that single issue.
